We take the time to get to know you with 1-on-1 sessions. From evaluation and treatment to exercise prescription, we are present 100% of the time ensuring proper form and retention.

- Exercise program tailored to patient’s presentation and goals
- Follow up appointments scheduled to address persistent symptoms as needed

It is incredibly important to seek a Sports Physical Therapist for your 9-month rehab progression. We have the equipment and skillset to prepare you for sport-specific demands starting day 1 post-surgery. The stages of rehab will progress from foundational movements to weight resisted exercises.
