At Training House we offer a variety of classes in which we value and take into account the specificity of your goals and give you a group class feel while still getting 1-on-1 attention. Our group classes are sure to raise your heart rate and get you sweating while simultaneously teaching principles of strength training, cardio endurance, boxing, and much more!
