Our mission is to support athletes in their journey of physical and mental strength. Spanning from youth athletes to professionals, our strength and conditioning team is equipped to elevate foundational movements and sharpen skills required to perform. We offer the following training options and programs for the following ages groups and training levels:

General Fitness

General Fitness Programming

Age Range: High School – Adult

For those that want to get strong, feel athletic, improve overall wellness, and look good! These workouts will follow a concurrent training model, allowing us to work on multiple physical qualities like power, strength, and endurance allin a single 1 hour session. Whether you are a high school student in need ofguidance as to how to train, or a retired athlete looking to keep in shape, these workouts are for you!

Student and Pro Athlete Training

Age Range: High School-Professional

Sports: Lacrosse, Basketball, Soccer, Swimming, Ice Hockey, Field Hockey, Squash, Track & Field, Golf

For those interested in workouts custom made for their primary sport or want a series of workouts to address their specific fitness goals. This program will also provide you with our KPI tracking and athletedashboard services.

Middle School Program

Sessions will generally run as follows:

  • 10-15 minutes mvmt prep, games, task-oriented activities to work on skills found in the table above.
  • 10-15 minutes of speed training
  • 15 minutes of foundational movement
  • 15 minutes intro to weightlifting
Age Range: 8-13

This program is designed to improve basic athletic skills in a fun competitive environment and aligns with the Long Term Athletic Development Model in order to promote a healthy and lasting relationship with fitness.
